My name is David Rohland and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist residing in Central Pennsylvania. I specialize in maximizing the potential of others through training, education, mentoring, and support services. My goal is to leave a legacy for my family to be proud of, and to impact the lives of others in a positive way.

I’ve always had a great admiration for “high-performers”. This is especially true for those that continue to push their boundaries to drive their personal quest to get better and further maximize their performance. I’m so fortunate in my life to have the opportunity to work with many high-performers, from sales people to real estate agents to doctors, and even Division I athletes.
