This is How My Process Works

Step 1:

Step 2:

Complete the Questionnaire:

I will send a Goal, Health, & Lifestyle questionnaire; You will need to complete and return the questionnaire to me.

Step 3:

Upon Receipt, I Will Personally Contact You For Our Initial Consultation:
  1. This will give both of us an opportunity to ask questions, clarify the assessment, and set us on the path for setting goals.
  2. Also, I want to get to know you, and I want you to get to know me. I want this to be the “right fit” for both of us.

Step 4:

If You Want to Continue on the Road to Achieving Your Goals:

Within three business days, I will create and deliver your individualized nutrition and training program designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals within your lifestyle. 

This will include:

Cardio – if necessary

Do you want to train at home? I got you covered!

Limited equipment? Heck, that’s how I started my business. At the beginning of the pandemic, I was creating workout videos for people that had limited or no equipment!

Not ready for the commercial gym yet? I have a workout for you!

Do you want to train at a commercial gym? I will create a workout for you to help you achieve your goals while training at your local gym!

Do you travel a lot with your job and plan on training occasionally in hotel gyms? Yes, I do that, too!

Step 5:

I Follow Up:

We will schedule another consultation to review our plan and clarify any points to ensure that you have all of the tools necessary to begin becoming the best version of you!

Step 6:

Continued Coaching:

We will meet weekly (virtually or in person) to assess how we are doing and we will alter the plan as needed to navigate toward your goals.
