The Mission

To help individuals bring clarity to their health, fitness, and lifestyle by creating a synergistic plan to achieve their personal goals, within their specific environment, while providing them with the tools to support their efforts.

What do we do?

I work with my clients on a very individual basis to create a synergistic plan to help them achieve their health and fitness goals and teach them habits to make those results sustainable.

This process is different... it’s about you, and your goals, your unique environment, making this work for you! Making this sustainable for YOU!

You will learn fundamental skills, incrementally over time, to have a solid foundation of self-care habits to support your health for the rest of your life.

  • How do I navigate all of the information on-line to find the plan that is best for me?
  • Where do I even start?
  • Keto? Intermittent fasting? Paleo?
  • How often should I lift weights?
  • Should I walk or run?
  • I have a treadmill in my basement – How often should I use it? Duration? Intensity?
  • I’m tired of “yo-yo” dieting!
  • I am a young athlete that wants to progress in my sport
  • How often should I lift weights?
  • I just want to feel better, to look better!
  • I haven’t been fit in years. Where do I start?
  • I just don’t feel as virile as I used to!

I will help you to navigate and establish healthy and realistic goals, evaluate your nutrition, make nutritional recommendations based upon your goals and current habits and lifestyle, and develop training and cardio programs. I look forward to assisting clients with their mindset, as well as providing a vehicle and systems for their personal accountability. And, yet, little of this is relevant if a client cannot make this work for them within their life & life-style. I greatly look forward to assisting them to make all of this work for them personally in their unique and individual environment, all while keeping in mind that every individual is different.
