And the wonderful thing is that “lifetime success” can start with a single decision, forever altering your health and fitness path!
This is really one of the first questions I ask a new perspective client. “Are you looking to lose 15 pounds for a wedding? Or are you looking to make a lifelong change in your health and fitness?”
For a variety of reasons, helping someone drop a quick 15 pounds is really not what I’m after. My goal is to help steer people towards a lifetime of health and fitness. I want to get them to a point where they really don’t even have to worry about it anymore.
The unpleasant truth is that you need to be in it for the long run. Otherwise, it’s going to be a series of yo-yo diets, and the frustrations of “two steps forward, and one step back.”
But here’s the good news:
It doesn’t take extreme efforts. It doesn’t take some type of crazy intensity. It merely takes better daily choices. Small little investments into our health and fitness. Which add up overtime.
I want you to wake up in the morning feeling so good that you want to do a little bit more than you did the day before, you have better energy, and you won’t ever want to go back to how you felt before. 😊
Remember…it could be that single choice that can be the catalyst for a lifetime of health and wellness.
What can you start today? 💪🏼
