If you wait, life won't give you more time, opportunity, nor energy.
Establish boundaries around your fitness and health and make them non-negotiable.
This is so incredibly important… Establishing boundaries. I say it all the time, “If it’s not in your schedule, it doesn’t exist.”
Let’s mark off a little time, each and every week, to focus on our health and fitness.
By the way… You’re worth it!
Those of us who've entrenched these habits in our lives and made them non-negotiable, already know how much energy and focus exercise gives us to handle all the rest.
And it's not just about time.
It's also how well we use our time. A lot of the people who "don't have time" don't have great physical and mental energy to use their time well. Setting boundaries around our personal care and well being often makes us better at handling the rest of the busyness and stress our lives take on.
It takes a choice. It's uncomfortable at first. It's a disruption of our routine.
And disrupting our normal routine does take practice.
Entrenching your new habits takes practice.
And with this continued practice, every day we’ll get a little better.
Every week a little easier. 😊
