Different Activities have a different effect on our bodies, our body composition, and our metabolism.

The other day I was talking about NEAT - non-exercise activity thermogenesis. And the effects that our daily activities have on our health and maintaining an appropriate level of body fat.

Understand that different activities have a different effect on our bodies, our body composition, and our metabolism.

Whether were talking about weight training, or CrossFit, or taking a long run, or taking a walk, or high interval training – they all act differently upon our bodies.

I know that we only have so many hours in the day, and I would never ever suggest that we perform all of these activities at the same time. However, that is why it’s important to have goals and a PLAN so we can implement these various strategies to the right degree and at the right time to help drive us in the right direction of achieving our goals.
