I know the feeling. I’ve been there. 33 years of traveling the United States, flying, driving, 40,000+ miles a year, too many meals on the road. And I won’t even mention the annual compensation plans that never worked out in my favor. 😳
And yet… We can do it! We can prioritize ourselves, our physical and mental health, and certainly our families! And it really only takes a few minutes a day. Plus, a concerted effort to make slightly better choices than we did the day before.
