Today's Warrior - Supplemental Workout #3 / 20 min Cardio

Goal: 20 minutes of cardio, after brief warm-up

Plan:

10 Burpees

10 Dumbbell Thrusters

10 Step-Back Lunges

10 Bent-Over Rows

10 Walking Lunges / right arm up

10 Walking Lunges / left arm up

Rest 1 minute Complete cycles until 18 min.

(We did four cycles within the 18 minutes and then did a fifth cycle which took us to about the 20 minute mark)

I used 25 lb. dumbbells for the first four cycles, and then reduced the weight.

Melissa used 8 lb. dumbbells for the first four cycles, and then reduced the weight.
