Just this week, a new one-on-one client said something that really stuck with me:
“If I can do this well during the holidays, just imagine how amazing I’ll feel in the new year!”
Your body doesn’t care what time of year it is. It doesn’t know it’s the holidays or a Wednesday or that you’re waiting for January 1st. What your body does care about is how you fuel, move, and take care of it each day.
Maybe you're just grabbing random workouts online or sticking to those routines from high school. It’s great that you're showing up—seriously, that’s better than doing nothing! But here’s the truth: without a tailored approach, you might end up spinning your wheels.
