It's actually pretty simple. Either you do it, or you don't.

Happy Mindset Monday! 😎

I love the details.

I love the nuance.

I love helping people achieve their health and fitness goals in the shortest amount of time - and that does often require focusing on some details.

But this whole “health and fitness thang” so quickly gets over complicated.

I hope that if you have one take away, it is this...

Happy Mindset Monday! 😎

It was a beautiful Saturday evening, so Melissa and Vinnie and I decided to stop at our local municipal park. This is the park that, four years ago, Vinnie (with the help of his family), set up the exercise stations for the community as part of his Eagle Scout project.

We were told that they placed a plaque on one of the stations, recognizing Vinnie and his efforts.

It was so nice to see and revisit this fantastic project. He put in so much effort and the whole family helped him build the stations and cement them firmly into the ground.

It just made so much sense that his Eagle Scout project was fitness focused.

Should Women Practice Intermittent Fasting?

Intermittent Fasting and Keto and two areas in which I get a ton of questions.

Skipping or dramatically delaying meals may be counterproductive for most women.

That’s because... Women might be more sensitive to calorie restriction.

I was asked for some additional information with regards to the entire process that I utilize with my one-on-one Warriors. I think this video will be a big help. I asked one of my longtime clients to join in on the fun. Abby was a great sport! She openly shared the story of her fitness journey, being a wife, mother of three (including twins), and a teacher!

First, I think the term “diet” puts us in a negative headspace right off the bat. We’re conditioned to think that diets are not fun and very restrictive. When working with my clients, I tend to use the phrase “nutritional plan”. Maybe that’s not a big deal, and yet we want to eliminate all potential roadblocks – even with the verbiage we use.
